I have kept travel journals and notes for just about all of my adult
life. Mostly handwritten, but several years ago I began writing up my
notes on a computer, first as Usenet posts and now as entries on MarkWasson.com.
Many of the entries include pictures from the trip or (more common) links to
Worldisround, where I post a number of my travel-related photos. (Mark's
Worldisround Travel Photos takes you to my Worldisround home page.)
The following is a list of the trips I have taken
since 2000, along with some dating further back. Most are linked to trip summaries that I have written up over
the years.

Now that I have finished migrating my trip summaries from my
old site, I may start adding summaries from earlier trips. I've got notes
for 125 earlier trips, most of which took place after college graduation.
They include three major western road trips and lengthy sightseeing trips to
Canada, California, the Pacific Northwest and Texas. Of course, they also
include 17 overnight trips to Columbus and four getaway weekends in
Louisville. Still, fleshing them out would give me a nice excuse to go back and look
through the related photos and old travel notes.
